I’ve also worked as a teacher in kindergarten and elementary schools, which has only increased my passion for my job. Hosting creative workshops of drawing, reading illustrated books and making books with recycled materials based on children’s stories.
I’ve been drawing since I was a little kid, and my goal is to never lose that childlike feeling of freedom and weirdness when I illustrate.
My work is almost entirely made traditional; my favorite mediums are acrylic and gouache painting, as well as colored pencils. Afterward, I make edits on Adobe Photoshop and Procreate.
Traditional mediums make me feel like I’m still that little girl spending all of her summer days drawing and dreaming.
